my good buddy galen
So, after a good nights sleep, i feel much better. i know this because i am not compelled to bite the head off of enyone that comes within a 10ft radis of me.
had an interesting time at the loys last night. a ruberband fight w/ dave, pounc with a verry anoyed julie, and more windmills then you would know what to do with, but seeing as how they are windmills, you don't have to know what to do with them because the usually do with you. funny that way...
all of this was accented by the fact that i was really laking on energy (having mulltapul cows about Final Cun Pro will do that to you).
so, i left there house at around 9:30, pondering the mystery of how different famalys can be so different. I was really struck by how, at my house, you just don't have fun with your parents. ya, every once and a wile we will play some cards, or something like that, but on the whole, you just don't have fun with them. it seems like you are expected to act all mature and stuff, when really, no-one really is. i mean, what fun would life be if we all ran around being mature and responsabull, and not ever having fun or taking risks? really.
i thought that that was the whole point of being a teenager. you can be ERISPONSABUL and have FUN and EXPERAMENT and MAKE MISTAKES. sheesh.
on the other hand i know some famalys, like the loyds that think that you can still infack injoy eachothers company even though you are growing up.
our world is a very funny place.

You can be a responsible and mature person and still have fun. Mistakes can be fun. All in all, theres not much that has to be serious.

"you can be ERISPONSABUL and have FUN and EXPERAMENT and MAKE MISTAKES. sheesh." that is the whole point of growing up, not just of being a teenager. you have to be given enough leash to tangle yourslef up in, then maybe you won't do it again...who knows. If your parents force you into lock step with them until you are 18 then suddenly cut the lashings i'm pretty sure you'd fall on your face...
